Alexander Ballard Ltd works in the field of business strategy, organisational development and environmental change

We choose to work with clients who have woken up to the need for change outside of the normal business as usual framing. That's because we can add most value to people and organisations who are taking a long hard look at their position in a rapidly changing climate and who are committed to learning how to do things differently.
We are convinced that it is possible to harness the ingenuity and collective will needed to adapt without further harm to the natural resources on which society and the global economy rely. We therefore choose to work on strategic projects across a whole spectrum of business, government (national, local and international) as well as in multistakeholder settings. This creates a network through which new learning and insights can be generated and where ideas and experience are shared.
