The PACT framework is core to the services we offer because it empowers our clients to gather and make sense of the information they need to think and act more strategically.

We developed PACT because we noticed that the standard industry green gurus with their check lists of things to do were missing the obvious. Organisational capacity needs to match the scope and level of change that is needed. If it doesn't, many bright ideas fail to take off, initiatives run into the sand, innovations fail to scale up, and learning in one area isn't applied elsewhere. We've encountered all these frustrations among our clients which is why our service is fundamentally different.

We focus on helping our clients to:

1. Assess the implications of an issue such as climate change to the success of their enterprise.
2. Assess the level of response they need to make.
3. Assess where they have or need to grow capacity to respond more effectively.

At this point we can support clients to make the changes and take the actions needed to move forward with confidence.

Our sector-based specialists and consultants in organisational change and business strategy can then be called in as necessary. The important thing to remember: We leave clients with an enhanced capacity to address similar issues.
