
What are our policies and how do they apply to our work with clients?
1. Quality control
A strong internal review and feedback process enables continuing improvement, innovation and added value for clients.
We agree the scope of a project up-front before we start.
Where appropriate, we encourage the active involvement of clients in crafting the scope of the work and in reviewing progress.
2. Environmental impact
We minimise our direct impact on the environment.
Our use of electricity is effectively carbon neutral. We purchase from a company (currently Ecotricity) that purchases from renewable sources and that invests to create additional renewables capacity.
We avoid air travel where possible and never travel by air within 1000 km of our offices. We think hard about the value of the work before using air travel outside this radius and we draw on an international network of associates and partners when necessary to deliver value outside the UK.
3. Diversity and other policies
We are strongly committed to working with colleagues, clients and other people with total respect for their unique qualities irrespective of class, race, age, gender, sexuality, religion (or lack of it), financial or social status, disabilities, etc.
4. Digital divide and website accessibility
We recognise that there are issues with website accessibility for some people and would be very grateful for any feedback or advice as to what we should do in future redesigns of this site in order to minimise them.
